Yes. Google Cloud's live migration allows us to resize VM machine types without downtime. For horizontal scaling, we configure Managed Instance Groups with autoscaling policies. Storage expansion on Persistent Disk can be done online. We review capacity quarterly and proactively recommend upgrades before you hit limits.
Managed service fees are fixed monthly: $299/month (Startup), $699/month (Professional), or custom for Enterprise. These fees cover management, monitoring, and support. Google Cloud infrastructure costs are separate — you pay Google directly. We do not mark up GCP costs. You receive a copy of your GCP invoice every month alongside ours.
